Usage
The recommended dosage is two capsules a day, this means each bottle has a 30 day supply at which time it is advised that you have at least a 30 day break before using them again, this is to allow the body to re-adjust to receiving the stimulation that creates the metabolism boosting effect.
Essentially what you are trying to achieve is long enough on the supplement to reap the rewards but to finish before the body (which is a master at adaptation) adapts to the effect and starts to negate it's desired benefits.
